Refund Policy

At JingleAIAcademy, we strive to maintain transparency and fairness while protecting the value of our training programs and intellectual property.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests will be considered only under the following conditions:
- A request is raised within 7 days of course enrollment.
- The learner has not accessed more than 10% of the course content.
- No live sessions, recordings, downloadable materials, or certifications have been accessed.
Once these conditions are not met, the course will be considered consumed, and no refund will be applicable.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Content accessed beyond 10% limit
- Live sessions attended or viewed
- Course materials downloaded
- Account misuse or policy violations
- Personal reasons or time constraints
- Promotional or scholarship enrollments
Cancellation by JingleAIAcademy
In rare cases where a course or batch is cancelled by JingleAIAcademy:
- Learners will be offered a full refund.
- Option to transfer enrollment to another batch or program.
Refund Processing Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
- Any transaction or processing fees charged by payment gateways may be deducted.
Subscription and Access Termination
- If a refund is approved, course access will be revoked immediately.
- If access is terminated due to policy violations, no refund will be provided.
Policy Acceptance
By enrolling in any course at JingleAIAcademy, learners acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
